Option 1: Refills through SMS channel, please send an SMS to 81-979 979 containing the pin code

Option 2: IDM’s Account Management Center (IDM Website)
  • Please go to IDM Website www.idm.net.lb and click on account management.
  • Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
  • Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
  • Click Start using Your Account Management Center
  • Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
  • Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
  • Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
  • Choose Back to my Accounts
  • Click on Manage
  • Under recharge account two choices will appear: Renew subscription (For monthly renewal) or refill extra GBs.
  • You can click on manage services to refill unlimited night, evening or parental control.
  • Choose one from the below payment methods:
    • I have a prepaid Card: Please enter the Prepaid Card Pin purchased from our point of sale.
    • I have a credit card: Please enter the information required; the amount will be deducted from your credit card account.
Option 3: Refill your account at our appointed resellers. List of neighboring dealers is available on this page www.idm.net.lb/points-of-sale.aspx

Option 4: Buy the refill card online via our website click on BUY ONLINE and simply add the information required and you will receive the ADSL pin code via SMS in order to refill it from your end. The fees will be automatically deducted from your credit card account.

Option 5: Quick refill IDM you can renew your ADSL account or activate add-on services and Extra Traffic by going to www.idm.net.lb/refill-methods.html and choose quick refill or log on to your account management page.

For any additional assistance needed for Unlimited night, evening, pause card and parental control), you may refer to the following link and follow the different steps required.

  • Download IDM application from App Store or Play Store
  • Click My account then sign up
  • Enter the required info to create your own credentials (Name, Email, Mobile, Username and password …) noting that the password should be complex (Capital letters, small letters, numbers, special characters, …) and greater than 8.
  • After entering information and clicking on Register, a Verification Code will be sent to your mobile , enter the code then click verify
  • Click plus sign button
  • Type a Name , then enter ADSL account credentials
    • Account Name: type here any name (optional)
    • Username: enter your DSL username
    • Password: enter your DSL password

  • Click Add account
  • After adding the account click my accounts and then on the account name chosen from your end

You can use the 4$ service card to:

  • Add Extra 4 GBs to your account
  • Activate/Renew Unlimited Night Service (Free internet from 11 PM till 7 AM).
As for the 8$ service card, you can use it to:
  • Add extra 8 GBs to your account
As pause card in order to increase your idle time with 30 days:
  • Activate/Renew Unlimited Evening Service (Free Internet from 7 PM till 7 AM - plan should be 70 GB and above)
Activate/Renew Parental Control Service for a cycle.

You have to access the account management page and click on “click here to view basket “then beside active pin code you have to click on freeze or unfreeze button.

Refer a friend is an option available on account management that allows you to get 1 Month Free subscription (on your existing ADSL / VDSL plan) against each referred account once it becomes ready for activation.

You have to access the account management page and click on account info to modify your contact details and enable SMS service.

The ADSL prepaid cards are available at our shops in Holcom Building and Hamra, OMT, LibanPost, Whish and you can find the list of neighboring dealers on this page www.idm.net.lb/points-of-sale.aspx.

If your payment method is postpaid, the monthly regular fees can be sent by email on a monthly basis, please provide us with your email address by sending an email to ccu@idm.net.lb in order to add your email address, and you will start receiving the invoices on a monthly basis.

  • Please go to IDM Website www.idm.net.lb and click on account management
  • Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
  • Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
  • Click Start using Your Account Management Center
  • Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
  • Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
  • Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
  • Choose Back to my Accounts
  • Click on Manage
  • You can check your bill under” My invoices”

  • The ADSL accounts can be postpaid, where the monthly bills are being withdrawn from the bank account along with the overconsumption or the prorated amount of the previous month if they exist. You are kindly requested to provide us with a bank domiciliation form filled and stamped by the your bank
  • The ADSL accounts can be also prepaid, where you can refill your account by purchasing a refill card at the beginning of each month or upon expiry date.
  • In case you would like to freeze your ADSL account, please refill your account with a Service Card LBP 12000 (VAT excluded) which adds up 30 idle days to your balance.
  • Failing to do so shall result in the cancelation of the ADSL account on the 20th of the month (upon reaching the -60 in the idle time)

From prepaid to postpaid: A bank domiciliation form to be signed and stamped by your bank, or submit it online through our Website “under payment method” and the request will be executed upon your current cycle expiry date.

From postpaid to prepaid: Please send an email to ccu@idm.net.lb requesting to change the payment method or submit it online through our Website before the end of the month, and the request will be executed at the beginning of the subsequent month.

The change of speed or quota of your ADSL can be submitted as follows:

  • Post-paid/Prepaid downgrade/Upgrade ADSL speeds: You should refer to IDM website www.idm.net.lb to submit the requests before the 20th of the month in order to be able to proceed with your request at the beginning of the subsequent month if the line can technically reach the speed desired.
  • Post-paid upgrade/downgrade quota only: You should refer to IDM website www.idm.net.lb to submit the requests at no cost before the end of the month in order to be able to proceed with your request at the beginning of the subsequent month.
  • Prepaid upgrade/downgrade quota only : You can simply buy a refill card and recharge it.
  • Bank Audi ADSL customer: You should refer to the your Audi Bank branch and submit the request before the 20th of the month.

Please email us to ccu@idm.net.lb confirming your request along with the cancellation’s reason and the team will take care of your request or wait until transferring you to an available representative in order to assist you.

  • Please go to IDM Website www.idm.net.lb and click on account management
  • Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
  • Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
  • Click Start using Your Account Management Center
  • Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
  • Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
  • Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
  • Choose Back to my Accounts
  • Click on Manage
  • Click on cancel account
  • Choose, no thanks proceed to cancellation page
  • Add your reason for cancellation.
  • Password
  • Repeat Password
  • Click on Submit cancellation

  • Please go to IDM Website www.idm.net.lb and click on account management.
  • Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
  • Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
  • Click Start using Your Account Management Center
  • Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
  • Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
  • Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
  • Choose Back to my Accounts
  • Click on Manage
  • Click on account freeze “under modify account”
  • Choose the freezing period then click on submit and your request will be executed at the beginning of the subsequent month.
Please note that the freezing fees amounting 12 000LBP (VAT excluded) will be charged on a monthly basis.

In Case you would like to unfreeze the service during the month, please email us to ccu@idm.net.lb and upon reactivating the service; please note that the difference between the monthly fee and freezing fee will be charged along with the monthly fee of next month.

  • Please refer to the account management page, and submit the uncap request online "under add extra GBs".
  • You will be charged the amount of LBP 1500 (vat excluded) for the first 50 GBytes, then LBP 1000 for any extra GBytes consumed above the initial 50 extra GBytes.

In case you would like to cap your account, please submit the request online through the account management page or send an email to ccu@idm.net.lb and your request will be executed at the beginning of the subsequent month.

  • Please download our Mobile application (IDM), or you can go to IDM Website www.idm.net.lb and click on account management.
  • Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
  • Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
  • Click Start using Your Account Management Center
  • Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
  • Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
  • Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
  • Choose Back to my Accounts
  • Click on Manage, then account status and you can get the traffic usage in the account status, Click on view details in order to get more details about the previous months for postpaid accounts.
  • In the same page, you will find your current plan under Account type along with the expiry date of the service.

Please go to IDM Website: www.idm.net.lb and click on account management.

  • Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
  • Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
  • Click Start using Your Account Management Center
  • Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
  • Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
  • Enter an account name and the below credentials then click on Add account:

  • Choose Back to my Accounts
  • Click on Manage
  • Click on manage my TV bundle
  • Enter your smartcard number
  • Choose your plan
  • Click on save configuration
In case you would like to unbundle your account, please follow the same steps then click on “Unbundle”.

Every customer is entitled for 30 idle days since the beginning of his subscription, they decrease whenever the account is not refilled upon expiration and during which the account is considered as frozen instead of canceled.

Thus service cards $8 shall be needed in order to increase idle time once it reaches less than 6.

Currently, you can only have up to 2 cards in the basket. In case you already have 2 cards or more in the basket, the “Renew" button in Account Management and Mobile Application will disappear and you cannot add anymore.

Wrongly renewed service cards can be switched from:

  • Pause to Extra GBs
  • Pause to Unlimited Evening
  • Pause to Unlimited Night
  • Extra GBs to Unlimited Night
  • Extra GBs to Unlimited Evening
  • Extra GBs to Pause
  • Pause to Parental
It can be done for one time if the card is not used yet and within 30 days from the refill date.

Technical Issues:

Please login to the AMC, click on “Manage” for the desired account, click on “Wifi Settings”
You will have the option to change the SSID and password if the modem support the TR-69 otherwise please click here to change the SSID and password.

  • Normal Hosting: pop.idm.net.lb port 110
  • Panel Hosting: mail.domain.com port 110, example mail.xyz.com

  • Normal Hosting: smtp.idm.net.lb port 25, or port 587 for non-IDM connection
  • Panel Hosting: mail.domain.com port 25, example mail.xyz.com or port 587 for non-IDM connection
Note: You need to Check on “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” in both hosting types.
