If your account was not refilled directly by the dealer or you have been provided with a pin code, please find here under the different options to recharge it:

Option1: Account Management Center

  • Please go to http://myaccount.idm.net.lb.
  • Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
  • Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
  • Click Start using Your Account Management Center
  • Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
  • Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
  • Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
  • Choose Back to my Accounts
  • Click on Manage
  • Under recharge account two choices will appear: Renew subscription (For monthly renewal) or refill extra GBs.
  • You can click on manage services to refill the Iboosters plans mentioned above (Unlimited night, evening etc..)
  • Choose one from the below payment methods:
    • I have a prepaid Card: Please enter the Prepaid Card Pin purchased from our point of sale.
    • I have a credit card: Please enter the information required; the amount will be deducted from your credit card account.
Option 2: Mobile Application
You can enroll you Internet Account on IDM's mobile App by following the different steps added in the question Nbr 3.

  • Download IDM application from App Store or Play Store
  • Click My account then sign up
  • Enter the required info to create your own credentials (Name, Email, Mobile, Username and password …) noting that the password should be complex (Capital letters, small letters, numbers, special characters,) and greater than 8.
  • After entering information and clicking on Register, a Verification Code will be sent to your mobile , enter the code then click verify
  • Click plus sign button
  • Type a Name , then enter FIBER account credentials
    • Account Name: type here any name (optional)
    • Username: enter your FIBER username
    • Password: enter your FIBER password.

  • Click Add account
  • After adding the account click my accounts and then on the account name chosen from your end.

In case you exceed the quota of your metered plan, you can add extra GBs for 3,000 LBP per GB.
Prepaid subscribers: You can add Extra GBs online or using Service Cards available at IDM’s authorized dealers.

Postpaid subscribers: Please refer to the account management page, and submit the uncap request online "under add extra GBs".

In case you would like to cap your account, please re-submit the request online through the account management page or send an email to ccu@idm.net.lb and your request will be executed at the beginning of the subsequent month.

You can still boost you plan by adding the iBooster that covers your needs. You may find below the iBoosters lineup, prices and availability.

You can add 2 unlimited iBoosters per plan, in addition to the Parental Control iBooster. (Unlimited Night & Unlimited Evening iBoosters cannot be activated together)

“Add TV bundle” is available for all Internet plans, you can select the desired Internet plan and add a Cablevision TV subscription for a discounted monthly rate:

  • Add TV Full Package Subscription without Sports (4 TVs): 210,000 LBP (HT)
  • Add TV Full Package Subscription with Sports (4 TVs): 340,000 LBP (HT)
  • You can enroll you Internet Account on IDM's mobile app. Follow the below steps.

If your payment method is postpaid, the monthly regular fees can be sent by email on a monthly basis, please provide us with your email address by sending an email to ccu@idm.net.lbin order to add your email address, and you will start receiving the invoices on a monthly basis.

  • Please go to IDM Website www.idm.net.lb and click on account management
  • Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
  • Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
  • Click Start using Your Account Management Center
  • Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
  • Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
  • Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
  • Choose Back to my Accounts
  • Click on Manage
    • You can check your bill under” My invoices”
    • Click on My invoices, and then you can choose between “Pay invoice” or “invoice details”.
    • You can also click on “download Statement of account” in case you would like to check your statement of account.

  • The Fiber accounts can be postpaid, where the monthly bills are being withdrawn from the bank account along with the overconsumption or the prorated amount of the previous month if they exist. You are kindly requested to provide us with a bank domiciliation form filled and stamped by your bank.
  • The Fiber accounts can be also prepaid, where you can refill your account upon expiry date by purchasing a refill card.

From prepaid to postpaid: A bank domiciliation form to be signed and stamped by your bank, or submit it online through our Website “under payment method”, and the request will be executed upon your current cycle expiry date.

From postpaid to prepaid: Please send an email to ccu@idm.net.lb requesting to change the payment method or submit it online through our Website before the end of the month, and the request will be executed at the beginning of the subsequent month.

The change of plan can be submitted as follows:

Post-paid: You should refer to IDM website www.idm.net.lb and click on account management.

  • Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
  • Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
  • Click Start using Your Account Management Center
  • Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
  • Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
  • Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
  • Choose Back to my Accounts
  • Click on Manage.
  • On the left, please click on “Plan” under “Modify account” and choose the desired plan and click on Change before the end of the month in order to be able to proceed with your request at the beginning of the subsequent month.
Prepaid: You can simply buy the Fiber refill card required and recharge it.

Please email us to ccu@idm.net.lbconfirming your request along with the cancellation’s reason and the team will take care of your request or wait until transferring you to an available representative in order to assist you.

  • Please go to IDM Website www.idm.net.lb and click on account management.
  • Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
  • Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
  • Click Start using Your Account Management Center
  • Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
  • Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
  • Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
  • Choose Back to my Accounts
  • Click on Manage
  • Click on cancel account
  • Choose, no thanks proceed to cancellation page
  • Add your reason for cancellation
  • Password
  • Repeat Password
  • Click on Submit cancellation

  • Please go to IDM Website www.idm.net.lb and click on account management.
  • Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
  • Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
  • Click Start using Your Account Management Center
  • Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
  • Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
  • Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
  • Choose Back to my Accounts
  • Click on Manage
  • Click on account freeze “under modify account”
  • Choose the freezing period then click on submit and your request will be executed at the beginning of the subsequent month.
Please note that the freezing fees amounting 90,000 LBP (HT) will be charged on a monthly basis.

  • Please download our Mobile application (IDM), or you can go to IDM Website www.idm.net.lb and click on account management.
  • Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
  • Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
  • Click Start using Your Account Management Center
  • Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
  • Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
  • Enter an account name and your account credentials then click on Add account
  • Choose Back to my Accounts
  • Click on Manage, then account status and you can get the traffic usage in the account status, Click on view details in order to get more details about the previous months.
  • In the same page, you will be able to check your current plan under Account type along with the expiry date of the service.

  • Click on Register Now and submit your personal info in order to create a new account
  • Once you click on Register, you will receive a verification code by SMS, please enter it and click on verify
  • Click Start using Your Account Management Center
  • Choose My Accounts and click on “Click to Add Account”
  • Choose Add using the Account’s credentials
  • Enter an account name and the below credentials then click on Add account:

  • Choose Back to my Accounts
  • Click on Manage
  • Click on manage my TV bundle
  • Enter your smartcard number
  • Choose your plan then Click on save configuration
In case you would like to unbundle your account, please follow the same steps then click on “Unbundle”.

Upon reporting the problem, please note that a ticket will be opened, then an automated SMS will be sent to your mobile number.

  • Normal Hosting: smtp.idm.net.lb port 25, or port 587 for non-IDM connection
  • Panel Hosting: mail.domain.com port 25, example mail.xyz.com or port 587 for non-IDM connection
Note: You need to Check on “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” in both hosting types.
