You can subscribe to IDMplay by purchasing an IDMplay Set-Top Box “STB” or by directly activating and IDMplay account in case you would like to stream through our available applications.

  • Login to http://myaccount.idm.net.lb if you already have an account or register for a new account
  • Under the “IPTV Accounts” section, click on create account and follow the steps
  • Enter your STB serial number where required
  • After creating your IDMplay account, please allow a couple of minutes for your account to be activated. Status should change from “pending” to “active”
  • Once the account status is active, click on “manage” then go to “my packages” and click activate free package

  • Login to http://myaccount.idm.net.lb if you already have an account or register for a new account
  • Under the “IPTV Accounts” section, click on create account and follow the steps
  • Keep the STB field blank
  • After creating your IDMplay account, please allow a couple of minutes for your account to be activated. Status should change from “pending” to “active”
  • Once the account status is active, you will have 48hrs free trial to a selection of channels

IDMplay has 3 payment methods for your convenience:

  • Online payment using a credit or debit card
  • Prepaid credits vouchers available at IDM dealers and point of sales
  • Bank domiciliation for automatic renewal

The default payment method is prepaid. At any time you can change your payment method to postpaid by clicking Payment Method in the My Account Page

  • Select the new payment method desired and click Change
  • Validation is required. Enter your password and click I have read and agree to the terms above.
  • A request will be submitted for review. Your payment method will be changed the beginning of next month.

If the payment method chosen is prepaid: No Cancellation of service is required. It will automatically stop once expiry date is reached (if auto renew option is set to No).

If the payment method chosen is automatic bank withdrawal: You can cancel your current package online on http://myaccount.idm.net.lb, select the service from your list, go to “manage” and then click on “Cancel Service”.

Once you click on the Cancel button the system will ask for your confirmation. Once confirmed, the service will be cancelled at the end of your billing cycle.

You may continue to use your IDMplay subscription though other Internet providers. However, the TV streaming traffic generated by IDMplay service will not be zero rated anymore.

Yes, Video on Demand is available on IDMplay.

You can subscribe to IDMplay regardless of your current bundle with Cablevision. However, you cannot switch or convert your current Internet+TV bundle to IDMplay.

The catch-up feature is available on 15 channels only.


Technical Issues:

The recommended minimum speed is 8Mbps, noting that IDMplay will require up to 4Mpbs

IDMplay’s STB is plug & play; however IDM can provide you with onsite installation for an additional on-time fee.

IDMplay service is available in Lebanon only. The traffic is unmetered only on your IDM DSL or FTTH connection.

IDM Play does not require any dish or setup on your rooftop. All you need is an IDMplay STB or an IDMplay App to enjoy TV streaming

The resolution will automatically adjust to a lower profile to keep the video streaming running.

Login to http://myaccount.idm.net.lb, Click on “Manage” on the desired IPTV account under “Residential IPTV services”, then click on “Bind Internet Account” and follow the steps.


General Questions:

EPG stands for Electronic Program Guide. It provides information regarding the scheduled program grid for the next 5 days with a brief description of each program. You may as well browse back in time for all EPG channels

For all channels, you can rewind to 2 hours.

For channels with catch-up enabled, programs are available from the catch-up catalog for up to 7 days.

The feature is available for all channels with EPG.

For the time being, you can tag a channel as “Favorite”; it will be moved to the top of the channel list.

When upgrading, you can upgrade directly or postpone the upgrade till next cycle. Credits will be deducted accordingly.

In case of downgrade, you can only change as of your next cycle.

You can bind your IDMplay with your DSL or Fiber IDM account a benefit from special discounts.
