Dear Valued Customer

We have upgraded our IDM Self Care mobile application for additional security and ease of use.

To benefit from the updated application, you will be required to Register through the app for the First Time, and to create a profile with a username and password of your choice, that will allow you to login to your mobile application and to IDM’s Account Management Center on IDM’s website.

After your Register and Login to the app, all the Internet Accounts you had on the previous application will be restored, and you will be able to manage these accounts like before and add or remove any additional accounts.

If you did not have the previous version of the application, or did not have any Internet Accounts managed through the app, the updated application will prompt you to add Internet Accounts to manage from the Accounts section of the app.

If you have already created a profile with a username and password on the IDM Account Management Center, you can login to the updated application with this profile username and password, however all accounts managed from the Account Management Center will replace any accounts previously managed by the older version of the application.

Instructions

I already had the mobile application with Accounts configured, and I wish to restore my accounts:
  • Update the app
  • Open the app and go to My Accounts
  • You will be prompted to Register or Sign In
  • Register by following the instructions on the screen
    • Enter your First Name
    • Enter your Last Name
    • Enter your Birth Date (click on the “year” to quickly choose your birth year) then select the month and Day of Mon
    • Enter a valid mobile number that will be used for profile verification
    • Enter a valid e-mail address to be used in case your forgot your password
    • Choose a Username
    • Choose a password that is at least 8 characters, with Small and Capital letters, numbers and special characters
    • Click on Register
  • Once done, all accounts previously managed by the older application will be restored.
  • From here on, the app will act exactly like the older one.
  • To add accounts to manage, simply click on the “+” sign in My Accounts and follow the instructions on the screen
  • Please note that you can Login to the Account Management Center using the username and password created when registering your profile for the mobile app.

I already had the mobile application with Accounts configured, and a profile on the Account Management Center, and I want to manage the accounts I have added to the Account Management Center from my IDM mobile app.

  • Update the app
  • Open the app and go to My Accounts
  • You will be prompted to Register or Sign In
  • Click on Sign In and enter your IDM Account Management Center username and password to login
  • Upon Login, all accounts managed under the Account Management Center will appear inside the mobile application
  • You can start adding and managing accounts from the mobile app
  • Please note that changes done to the list of accounts will also be reflected on the Account Management Center pages.
