"6+1 Free" promotion

ADSL subscribers rejoice! Renew your subscription for 6 months upfront and get 1 month Free. Offer valid for a one-time-only renewal during the month of June. Applicable on ADSL plans only. Plans with TV subscription are not eligible to this promotion.

How can I benefit from this promotion?

  • 1. Prepaid Cards/Vouchers
    • Add 6 cards from the same type to your account during June 2021 using any prepaid card activation tool, including Dealer’s POS, Account Management, Mobile App, SMS Renewal or the Quick Account Renewal.
    • Once the 6 cards are successfully added to your account, IDM will credit your account with 1 additional month of the same plan for Free within 30 to 60 minutes.
    • Once the free month is added, you will receive an SMS notification on your mobile number.
  • 2. Online Payment (via Debit/Credit Card)
    • Select “I have a Credit Card” when renewing your account through Mobile App or Account Management.
    • Select your desired plan and choose 6 in the quantity box.
    • Once the transaction is successfully processed, IDM will credit your account with 1 additional month of the same plan for Free within 30 to 60 minutes.
    • Once the free month is added, you will receive an SMS notification on your mobile number.

  • Login to the Account Management Center
  • Select the account you wish to renew and click on “Manage”.
  • The system will automatically prompt you about the 6+1 FREE promotion in a pop-up window and you will also find the 6+1 FREE promotion link on the left menu.
  • Select the 6+1 FREE promo either ways.
  • Confirm the monthly subscription plan you wish to commit for and proceed.
  • Once you receive confirmation that the transaction was successful, IDM will credit your account with 1 additional month of the same plan for Free within 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Once the free month is added, you will receive an SMS notification on your mobile number.
  • IDM will send the amount due for the 6 month renewal in 1 bill to your bank on the 1st of July.

  • I have added 6 prepaid cards but from different types, can is still benefit from the promo?
    • No, you should enter 6 prepaid cards from the same type in order to benefit from the promo.
  • I already have 1 or more cards in my basket, do I have to pay for another 6 months in order to benefit from the promotion?
    • If the cards were added to your basket during June 2021, you can still add the difference to make them 6 and you will benefit from the promotion.
    • If the cards were not added during June 2021, you need to add 6 more cards during June 2021 in order to benefit from the promotion.
  • I have added 2 prepaid cards to my account during June 2021, can I add the remaining 4 through Online Payment via credit card?
    • Yes, you can renew using any combination of prepaid payment methods. As long as you are renewing the same plan, you will be able to benefit from the promotion.
  • I have a postpaid account. Can I still renew using prepaid cards or online payment?
    • No, if you have a postpaid account you cannot renew using prepaid cards or online payment. However, you can still benefit from the promotion by logging to the Account Management Center and by requesting the promotion online.
  • If I opt for the 6+1 Free promotion and for any reason I wish to change my plan later during the subscription period, would that be possible?
    • This promotion is mainly intended for those who are planning ahead and who are aware of their needs. Changing plan during the subscription period is not possible.
  • I have renewed for 6 months and I have received my 1 month Free. Can I transfer the cards that I have in my basket to another account?
    • No, cards in basket cannot be transferred to another account. Even if both accounts are owned by the same person.
  • I want to renew for 12 months. Will I get 2 months Free?
    • No, the promotion is 6+1 Free and you can benefit from it for 1 time only. If you renew for 12 months, you will only get 1 month free.
  • I have an Internet+TV plan. Can I also benefit from the promotion?
    • No, this promotion is not available for Internet+TV plans.
  • Can I freeze my account during the subscription period?
    • No, freezing is not available during the subscription period.
  • I am subscribed to VDSL, can I benefit from this promotion?
    • Yes, both ADSL & VDSL subscribers can benefit from this promotion.
