1-
What do you mean by “Cap is the sum of Upload and Download”?
The indicated Cap is the sum of Upload and Download consumptions
(combined). Previously, the old plans used to be capped with a
50%-50% split between Upload and Download, for example accounts with
Plan 512Kbps used to be capped 4GB for Upload and 4GB for Download.
If any of the Upload or the Download consumption volume reaches its
limit, the account would expire or charged for extra consumption
regardless of the second cap level. It is common that users use more
volume in Download than in Upload, the new plans were designed
without fixed allocations for Upload and for Download, hence giving
advantage to use the indicated quota freely as long as the sum of
Upload and Download consumption volume does not reach the limit,
otherwise the account would expire or charged for over consumption.
For example, accounts with 2Mbps/10GB may download as long as the
sum is not reaching 10GB, otherwise the account would expire or
charged for over consumption.

use to renew my account?
