Upload speed is up to 64 kbps and
download speed is up to 512 kbps.

All lights on the CPE are blinking
in sequence?
A: This
means that the signal is weak. Try to move the CPE to another place in the
table, or try to move it to another room. Also make sure to install the CPE in a
vertical position.
Q:
How do I know if there is a signal?
A: Look
at the lights of the CPE. At least 2 should be steadily on. More lights will
indicate better signal.
However, the network is expanding and more areas are being covered.
Q:
IF two out of five lights on the CPE
are on, will my download or upload speed degrade?
A:No,
whether two or five lights are on, you will still get 256 kbps.
Q:
The CPE is in another room, can I
install a long cable?
A: The
CPE is connected to your computer with a standard Ethernet cable, so you can
have up to 100m cable length.
Q:
Can I take my CPE to my friend’s
house?
A: As long as there is a signal, you can carry it
to where ever you want.

Can I access the internet from my
wireless notebook?
A:Yes,
you can attach a WiFi access point or Wireless access router to your CPE.
