Accordingly, we encourage residents of these areas, who may presently have weak signal receptions, to try to re-tune the position of their CPE.

As with any radio system there are places inside the marked coverage areas where the service may not work due to a variety of factors. For example, radio reception can be degraded or non-existent in certain places, particularly large buildings, basements, lifts, underground and car parks. Reception can also be affected by mountains and tunnels.
