IDM will take full responsibility for the installation and management of your Microwave Internet service. Your computers will be connected 24/7 through the routers that we will provide for you and install on your premises.

Dedicated Connection over Microwave: 
The Internet connection service is based on two components:

The Connection: which is the permanent connection that links The Customer to IDM    
  premises, and this is over Microwave link. 
The International Access: which is provided by IDM through its backbone connected 
  directly to three different Internet providers (redundant ones)

As you notice in the Fig-1- your company will be connected to IDM through a third party Data Network operator over a dedicated 64 Kbps Microwave link between The Customer premises and IDM premises.
IDM will handle all the orders to all suppliers (data network provider, router supplier, etc…)
The Microwave Radio equipment is leased to The Customer.
