The interface and system were designed with ease of use and functionality in mind. Each message sent from IDM communicator can be tailored to include the name of the recipient. Additionally, the Sender ID field can be set as the name of your company or business.

With IDM bulk sms you can use two types of payment modes, either prepaid or postpaid:

If you choose prepaid, you select the number of SMS you wish to buy which you can use whenever you find appropriate using IDM communicator, when the total SMS are consumed contact IDM sales to refill your account.

For postpaid users, you should have a credit card or bank withdrawal with IDM therefore we allow you to send as many as SMS you wish every month, and we shall bill you according to your total SMS consumption at the end of every month.
