If I dial the number 01-328468, will I be charged the normal rate? 
If I use only one hour per month, will I be charged only this hour or the minimum of LBP 19,000?
If I use the Internet for 26 hours only, what will I be charged? 
What about the line that is only for Internet. When will I be able to have such a line?
If I have one username with IDM and I use it from home and the office. If I use a total of 10 hours from home and 15 hours from the office, how much will I be charged?
If I use the Internet for 2 or 3 hours per month only, will I be charged the LBP 19,000 anyway?  
Can I use the 25 hours over 3 months period?

Question 1: If I dial the number 01-328468, will I be charged the normal rate? 
Answer: Yes, you will be charged the normal rate. Only when you dial the 4-digit number: 1678, 1679, or 1661, that you will be charged the flat rate. 

Question 2: If I use only one hour per month, will I be charged only this hour or the minimum of LBP 19,000?
Answer: If you use one hour only, you will charged a minimum of LBP 19,000. 

Question 3: If I use the Internet for 26 hours only, what will I be charged? 
Answer: You will be charged according to the second braket, which is between 25 and 55 hours, and you will be charged LBP 39,000 per month 

Question 4: What about the line that is only for Internet. When will I be able to have such a line?
Answer: This type of line is not available yet from the MPT (Ministry of Post & Telecommunications). As soon as it is available, you will be able to get an additional line to your home or office.

Question 5: If I have one username with IDM and I use it from home and the office. If I use a total of 10 hours from home and 15 hours from the office, how much will I be charged?
Answer: You will be charged LBP 19,000 on your home phone line because your usage was below the 25 hours, and you will be charged another LBP 19,000 on your office phone line because you have used less than 25 hours. The fact that you are using the same username on 2 different phone numbers, you will be charged per phone line and not per username. 

Question 6: If I use the Internet for 2 or 3 hours per month only, will I be charged the LBP 19,000 anyway? Can I use the 25 hours over 3 months period?
Answer: The Internet Line Flat Rates apply when you connect to your ISP using their designated 4-digit number(s), and that can be through your:
- Regular Telephone Line, or
- Internet Line, or
- ISDN Line

The Internet Flat Rates are related to the total number of monthly hourly usage:
